Do I need coding experience to take this course?
The course focuses on planning and directing AI-driven builds with Claude Code, then shipping through GitHub, Supabase, and Vercel — familiarity with basic software concepts helps, but you don't need to be a professional engineer to follow the Plan & Build and Ship It modules.
What exactly is 'Build Day'?
Build Day is the capstone lesson in the Pro · Plan & Build module, where you apply the GSD planning method and autonomous execution techniques from the earlier lessons to complete a real build in a single focused session.
Does this course cover deploying my project, or just building it?
Both. The Pro · Ship It module walks through GitHub setup for teams, setting up a Supabase database in production, and deploying your app with Vercel, so you finish with a live, shipped project.
What is 'autonomous execution' and how is it different from just prompting Claude?
Autonomous Execution is a dedicated lesson that teaches you to use hooks so Claude Code can carry out planned work with less step-by-step supervision, building on the plan you created in the Planning with GSD lesson.
Will this teach me general cybersecurity skills?
This course is focused on planning, building, and shipping software with Claude Code — it does not cover cybersecurity topics directly, though it's built by Securafy, a cybersecurity company, with production-ready practices like proper database and deployment setup baked into the Ship It module.
What tools do I need before starting?
